Each customer runs on its own PostgreSQL database. Your data is not mixed with other agencies in shared tables.
Role-based access control
Permissions by workflow area — view, add, edit, delete, import, export. Client and vendor portals are scoped.
Login & session audit
Login activity and session management provide an audit trail for who accessed what and when.
Workflow audit trail
Status changes on requirements and submissions are persisted — an operational record, not just logs.
Subscription enforcement
Active, grace (read-only), and suspended states enforced in middleware without manual overrides.
Compliance workflow support
