Database-per-tenant isolation
Each customer organization operates on a dedicated PostgreSQL database. Your data is not co-mingled in shared tables with other tenants.
Role-based access control
Permissions are enforced at the module and action level — view, add, edit, delete, import, export. Client and vendor portals have scoped visibility.
Session & login audit
Login activity, session management, and optional geolocation enrichment provide an audit trail for access events.
Workflow audit trail
State transitions on requirements and submissions are persisted. Recruitment activity events create an operational record.
Subscription enforcement
Middleware enforces subscription lifecycle — active, grace (read-only), and suspended states — without requiring code changes.
